The Governance Summit
is an intensive, one-day session that focuses on high-level issues and provides the practical strategies and tools you’ll need to deal with them. Simply put, both your staff management team and your volunteer leaders will be better equipped to successfully keep pace with the constantly changing environment in which you operate. Some participants update and refine their current practices. Others discover that the Summit provides them with the impetus their organizations really needs to make the transformation from ‘bleeding edge’ to ‘leading edge’.
Please note that the participation with your senior staff and volunteer leadership teams is strongly recommended. You may not fully benefit from the educational content of this mini conference if you attend solo.
