About the Trillium Chapter

The Strategic Plan:

To have been a model in influencing change for the benefit of our members in three key areas:
  1. We have reinforced a mutually supportive relationship between the Trillium Chapter and National. Through continued dialogue and joint planning, we provide distinct yet complementary products and services.
  2. All members are fully engaged consistent with their individual wishes. Our programs and services are specifically designed to meet the needs of members in our region, and furthermore, all members have equal access to all programs.
  3. We are a model of leadership through volunteerism. We have a strong and effective governance structure that is emulated by others.

Leadership Priorities:

  1. Strengthen our relationship with National.
  2. Enhance our processes to understand the needs and expectations of members.
  3. Improve member access to products and services.
  4. Examine our resource allocation strategies.
  5. Undertake a review of our governance arrangements.
