The Strategic Plan 2012 - 2015

CSAE Trillium is the Chapter that is responsible for providing programs and services to members of CSAE National for much of Ontario. CSAE is a volunteer-based organization that operates programs and services for its members.

CSAE Trillium's governing board is responsible to ensure the Chapter supports the goals & objectives of CSAE National at the local level and to respond to its members needs.  The board and volunteers are expected to be active participants in the affairs of the Trillium Chapter. As a volunteer driven organization, executive and business volunteers are recognized for their integral role in the success of the Trillium Chapter. The Chapter retains the services of a full time Executive Director to manage the operations of the Chapter.

The CSAE Trillium Chapter Executive met in December of 2010 to review members’ needs, external factors, and to establish strategic objectives to ensure the Chapter remains relevant and of value to the membership. The planning process involved reviewing CSAE National’s vision and mission statement, in addition to establishing objectives that will ensure that the vision is indeed achieved.

The result is a strategic plan that will guide the Trillum Chapter from 2012 - 2015.
