    Overview

    Association Executive Directors and CEOs have specific responsibilities and are sometimes isolated from other staff.  Having access to a network of peers to talk to is often what bring these individuals to CSAE. The new CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau CEO Roundtable Series aim at addressing their specific needs by hosting events for association Executive Directors and CEOS made by association Executive Directors and CEOS.

    Timing

    The first session will be held one week after Tête-à-Tête 2021, on February 17, 2021 at 12:00 pm EST.

    What We Will Talk About

    We will be hosting five simultaneous roundtables on the following topics:

    • Member Engagement
    • Diversity & Inclusion
    • Board/Volunteer Engagement
    • Staff Mental Health
    • Staff Engagement and Virtual Management

    Each roundtable will be facilitated by a moderator.
