Marsh Canada Makes Strong Commitment to CSAE’s Futures Fund
January 4, 2016
TORONTO, ON — Marsh Canada Limited, a long time CSAE Corporate Sponsor, has become the first company to cast its financial support behind CSAE’s newly established Futures Fund. In addition to this investment, Marsh Canada Limited will also share content of interest to Boards of Directors: one of the key audience segments identified in CSAE’s new business model.
The Futures Fund provides Corporate Sponsors and other members of the business community with opportunities to become more closely aligned with CSAE’s new direction and the ongoing development of its supporting business model. This investment will assist CSAE in developing educational tools and opportunities for interaction that will provide members of not-for-profit boards with unprecedented access to information that is critical to good governance.
"We are excited to have their additional support,” said CSAE President and CEO Michael Anderson, CAE. “Marsh Canada has been a solid Corporate Sponsor and a strong supporter of CSAE for many years. We’re pleased they share our vision and commitment to a new and exciting future”.
“All of us at Marsh Canada are delighted to further reinforce our relationship with CSAE,” said Derek Devitt, Managing Director, National Leader Consumer and Commercial Practice, Marsh Canada Limited. “We believe the best way to help the association sector prepare for tomorrow is to invest in the research, leadership and strategic activities that CSAE is undertaking today." In addition, he noted, “our support is a reflection not only of our long standing relationship but also our enthusiasm in working with CSAE on this exciting initiative”.
“We look forward to welcoming other companies that realize the value of the not-for-profit sector and recognize the importance of ensuring its growth and success”, said Michael Anderson.
Marsh Canada Limited, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is a proud Corporate Sponsor of CSAE. Through Marsh, CSAE members have access to an exclusive directors and officers liability insurance program specifically designed to meet
